Our Policy

1) Class Booking

1.1 Booking:

- Deadline: Bookings close 12 hours before class starts. Late bookings are not accepted.

- Capacity: Classes have limited slots. Full classes will automatically place students on a waitlist.

- Waitlist: Waitlisted students must check the system to confirm if a slot opens.

1.2 Cancellation:

- Cancel at least 12 hours before class via the system. Late cancellations forfeit the class credit.

- Medical exemptions: Same-day doctor’s note required for illness-related cancellations.

2) Class Operation & Adjustments

2.1 Minimum Enrollment:

- Regular classes: 3+ students (confirmed 12 hours pre-class).

- Special classes: Enrollment threshold determined by the school.

2.2 Low Enrollment:

- Classes with insufficient students will be auto-canceled. Credits/points refunded to accounts.

- Students must proactively check cancellation status.

2.3 Schedule Updates:

- Class timetables updated monthly (no individual notifications).

2.4 Course Adjustments:

- Monthly updates to content, instructors, or class duration require no student consent.

2.5 Dispute Resolution:

- Credit deduction disputes must be raised within 7 days after the class date. Late claims rejected.

3) Course Structure

3.1 Membership-Based Courses (Aura 1/2/3, Deep Soul, Infinite Soul):

- Not tied to specific instructors.

3.2 Instructor Assignment:

- The school reserves the right to assign instructors based on group class needs.

4) Liability Waiver

4.1 Health Declaration:

- Students must confirm no pre-existing conditions (e.g., heart disease, hypertension, pregnancy) unsuitable for intense exercise. *All risks assumed by the student.

4.2 Injury Liability:

- The school is not liable for any injuries/accidents during classes.

4.3 Force Majeure:

- Classes canceled due to typhoons, pandemics, or natural disasters may be rescheduled or canceled.

4.4 Lost Property:

- Not responsible for personal belongings (premises under 24/7 CCTV surveillance).

5) Class Recording & Image Rights

5.1 Usage:

- Post-class practice reference (request footage within same day of class).

- Promotional clips on official social media.

5.2 Opt-Out:

- Notify the school before booking or prior to recording to avoid being filmed.

5.3 Usage Rights:

- The school retains permanent rights to promotional footage. Removal requests are not honored.

6) Validity & Refund Policy

6.1 Activation Deadline:

- All courses must be activated within 3 months of purchase.

6.2 Expiry:

- Unused credits expire automatically. No extensions/refunds (except promotional extensions).

6.3 Strict No-Refund Policy:

- All fees are non-refundable upon payment confirmation (includes unused credits).

6.4 Non-Transferable:

- Course packages cannot be transferred to others under any circumstances.

7) Membership Termination

7.1 Immediate Termination Grounds:

The school may terminate membership without warning or refund for:

- Class disruption (verbal/physical abuse, property damage)

- Unauthorized recording/distribution of class content

- Poaching students/instructors

- Posting defamatory content damaging the school’s reputation

- Any act deemed "severely detrimental to the school’s interests"

7.2 Process:

- Accounts frozen immediately. Written notice sent to registered WhatsApp within 24 hours.

7.3 Forfeiture:

- All remaining credits/benefits voided upon termination.

7.4 Evidence:

- Decisions based on CCTV footage, social media screenshots, etc. Final interpretation rests with the school.

The Company retains sole and absolute discretion to resolve all disputes, whose decision shall be final and binding.
